Soar is on a mission to transform autism therapy through practicing the ESDM in a community-based setting. Our team is laser-focused on high-quality ESDM, the most evidence-based form of autism therapy for young learners.

• Clinicians receive an extra day of PTO for Continuing Education, while Behavior Technicians get certification support.
• Qualified RBTs aiming for BCBA status can fast-track their progress with additional unrestricted hours.
• Clinicians gain access to pursuing ESDM certification, sponsored by Soar, as they progress through our career steps.

Quality benefits and reasonable caseloads

We offer medical, dental, vision, multiple holidays, paid days off, retirement contributions, and student loan repayment contributions. To have more time for collaboration across our multidisciplinary team, we give small caseloads: BCBAs have no more than 8 clients, SLPs and OTs have about 20 clients.
