## Jackie Jaicks

## Biography

Jackie earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Arizona State University and has built her career around a strong passion for working with children. She began in the field of ABA as a RBT, where she developed a solid foundation in client care and behavioral support. Jackie started her journey with Soar as Arizona’s first Assistant Operations Manager, later advancing to the role of Market Operations Specialist, and now serves as the Center Operations Director at Copper Point, where she leads with both operational expertise and a commitment to quality care. Outside of work, Jackie enjoys spending time with her three Australian Shepherds, as well as with her family and friends.
